Help

I have made a goal for myself to strengthen my abdominals and back muscles and also to increase flexibility. I am looking for a wide variety of ab workouts so that I don't get bored of the workout so quickly (which seems to be my problem when doing certain exercise routines). If anyone has ideas or know of good exercises, let me know.
Also I have discovered that my resting heart rate is a bit higher than I would like it to be. I hate running, but I need to incorporate some cardiovascular exercise in my life. So if you have favorite exercise programs that are not running, I would like to hear of those as well.

Yeah... running totally stinks.

Where do you workout?
Pilates--good for your abs and back. My instructor also incorporates some yoga so there's your flexibility.
Spin classes are the best cardio workout I think if you don't want to run. I also like to use the stairmaster.
Good luck!

I think that Kickboxing is a great way to work all muscles. Your abs will get a good work out. Plus it is a great aerobic exercise. And it makes you feel powerful!
Good luck
